By accessing and using Dylan Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Dylan Logistics provides delivery, moving, roadside assistance, handyman, and vehicle rental services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services, be present at the designated location, and treat our service providers with respect. You are responsible for ensuring items are properly packed and secured where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Dylan Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellation Policy
Service requests may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee.
